Nestled in the Carson's Woolstores, along side the beautiful Brisbane River, we provide exceptional service and products with a unique holistic approach. Our treatments include Massage, Body and Beauty Treatments, Rain Water Therapy (Vichy Shower), Waxing, IPL, and heat therapy (Sunlight infra-red sauna).

Bookings

As our therapists & treatments are very popular we advise that you make your bookings in advance. Helping our fantastic team exceed your individual needs & requirements. Cancellation Policy

For the security of your booking & our time a Cancellation Fee of 25% Monday- Friday & 50% Saturday will occur within a cancellation period of 24 hours.

On your arrival

Upon booking our spa receptionist will provide you with your arrival time. We offer herbal tea on entry allowing you to start your spa experience in the perfect way. So please allow yourself ample time to get here & enjoy your BodyCentral Day Retreat experience.

Late Arrival

We understand that sometimes you may run late however please remember that we may have other clients booked in after you, and if necessary your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly. If you believe that you will be late, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that your treatment remains as relaxing and enjoyable as intended.

Spa Etiquette

BodyCentral prides itself on providing a stress-free, relaxed environment for you to enjoy the spa treatment or package that you have selected. Please respect all of our clients by using a lowered voice when speaking within the lounge and treatment rooms, as well as ensuring that all mobile phones and pagers are switched off or on silent.

Street-side metered parking available Monday to Friday
Parking is free on Saturday
