Booking Policy



Individual Bookings

  • To confirm your booking you will need either a credit card or a valid gift voucher number.
  • We aim to provide all our clients with a unique experience to revitalise body and spirit. Our expert therapists will be ready to provide this to you at your booking time. Out of consideration for staff and other clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or alter an appointment otherwise a cancellation fee of 40% applies.

Group Bookings and Retreats

  • To confirm a group booking a minimum of 7 days notice and 40% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking and prevent disappointment.
  • This will allow us time to prepare a package customised to your needs, providing you and your guests with a fabulous revitalising experience. Our team of expert therapists will be ready to provide this to you at your booking time. Out of consideration for staff and other clients, a late arrival is treated as a late cancellation and the length of the package may be adjusted according to the original booking time.

Class Bookings

  • Our Boutique classes are designed to provide unique personalised attention to every participant, something so rare these days. We are able to provide this special experience to you because we limit the number of participants per class. To confirm your class booking we need a 100% non-refundable deposit.
