  1. Bodycentral respects your privacy and will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
  2. Client information submitted to us is only available to staff managing this information for purposes of contacting you.
  3. We will only use client information for sending clients information on our products, treatments and programs and will respect a client’s right to decline being including in our mailing lists.
  4. Client information entered into our web site is stored behind a firewall, is protected, and will only be used for the purpose stated.
  5. All staff contracts contain clauses specifically relating to the protection of client privacy.
  6. All client cards are kept in locked cabinets and are protected by monitored electronic security.
  7. All client information databases have 2 levels of password security protection.
