ARRIVING

On your first visit please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your client card and enjoy a herbal tea or water and relax.
Allow enough time to change and enjoy the feeling of peace after your treatment.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We supply towels and robes and disposable G-strings for Vichy shower and body treatments. For your own comfort you may bring your own swimmers.

LATE ARRIVALS

Out of consideration for staff and other clients, a late arrival is treated as a late cancellation and the length of the treatment may be adjusted according to the original booking time.
