Me, Myself & I Retreat

This half day retreat has everything you need to restore your vitality, clarity and freshness. Start your journey in the Infra-red Sauna, follow with Mala Mayi or Marine Silk Wrap including a 1 hour massage to relax, tone, and nourish your skin with vital nutrients…take time out for some light refreshment…continue with your choice from our High Performance Facial menu…and finish this top to toe experience with a Miji Polama hand spa and manicure and Miji Jina foot spa and pedicure. As you leave, take a walk along our sparkling river. (High performance facial includes 1 high performance exfoliation for face & neck, 1 vitamin therapy & 1 high performance mask)

This full day retreat is the ultimate experience to replenish your energy. Start with our Me, Myself & I Retreat, add a delicious lunch by the river and focus your new found energy and clarity with a Personal Reading or Life Coaching session with one of our expert facilitators. This retreat requires advance booking.

Couples Hideaway

Shared cleansing rituals originate from our earliest beginnings… this unique combination of sea and earth treatments by the river is perfect for couples. Start your journey together in the Infra-red Sauna, follow with a full body exfoliation, soothing body wrap and a 1 hour Hot Stone Massage…complete this top to toe treatment with a Miji Polama hand spa and Miji Jina foot spa. Move forward with a Couples Reading or Life Coaching session and relax with lunch or dinner by the river.
