Cancellation Policy:
For the security of your booking & our time a Cancellation Fee of 25% Monday- Friday & 50% Saturday will occur within a cancellation period of 24 hours. Please inform our spa receptionist of your preferred credit card. Details must be taken before a booking can be made.
On your arrival:
Upon booking our spa receptionist will provide you with your arrival time. We offer herbal tea on entry allowing you to start your spa experience in the perfect way. So please allow yourself ample time to get here & enjoy your Body Central Day Retreat experience.
Late Arrival:
We understand that sometimes you may run late however please remember that we may have other clients booked in after you, and if necessary your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly. If you believe that you will be late, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that your treatment remains as relaxing and enjoyable as intended.
Spa Etiquette:
Body Central prides itself on providing a stress-free, relaxed environment for you to enjoy the spa treatment or pamper that you have selected. Please respect all of our clients by using a lowered voice when speaking within the lounge and treatment rooms, as well as ensuring that all mobile phones and pagers are switched off or on silent prior to entering the day spa.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments and packages, or you can make up a day retreat to suit your needs. Purchase of these vouchers can be made at reception, by phone or email, and vouchers can be sent to either the purchaser or recipient.
