21 DAY HEALTH RESET

 

STARTS MONDAY

February 1st.

 

 

For many of us the festive season is a time to enjoy life and let our hair down for five minutes. As great as this is, excess alcohol, sugar and fast food creep back in the door pretty quick and by about this point in the month, we’re really starting to feel it.

 

It’s time to get back on track.

 

Our 21 day reset is all about re-prioritizing our health as the number one focus.

 

Planning, preparation and accountability are keys to success and by the end of the program you'll have not only have learnt some valuable tools but you'll be feeling fantastic too!

Detoxifying body & mind, reducing inflammatory markers, increasing energy and finding the joy in simple, non-processed food will be our goal.

 

During this period we will be using whole foods, fasting, abstinence from our vices and mindfulness practices as our vehicle to a happier and healthier body.

 

*Please note; as weight loss is not the focal point (although most likely a side effect) we will not be focusing on calorie deficits or weight loss tips in general.

21 DAY RESET

WEEK ONE

One day of fasting.

(time frame dependent on experience with fasting)

Reduction of vices

(might be coffee, alcohol, sugar etc.)

One day of just fruit and vegetables.

Two activities that bring you joy.

(gardening, drawing, bush walking, reading)

Increase water intake.

Planning with your peers and contributing to healthy meal ideas via our private group.

 

 

WEEK TWO

Two separate days of fasting.

Complete abstinence from your vice.

Two activities that bring you joy.

Reduction of processed food in your diet.

Planning and contributing to wholefood meals ideas in preparation for week three.

 

 

WEEK THREE

One day of fasting

Wholefood meal plan -

NO PROCESSED FOOD for 7 days.

Two activities that bring your joy

 

21 DAY HEALTH RESET will commence on Monday February the 1st 

 

Participation is complementary to our members.

 

Non- members may join us for a fee $99

*this cost includes a 5 session class pass to use during this time.

  

For enhanced results you may like to add:

3 x FULL SPECTRUM Infrared sauna sessions for $99

 2 x BODY SCANS for $35 members //  $70 non members

 

 

The BC team will be there to guide and assist you throughout the 21 days

however, this will very much be a team event, everyone is expected to contribute and support your fellow participants!
